XLearn LabsREAD. REASON. DECIDE.
WORKSHOPS FOR TEAMS · AUSTIN, TEXAS AND REMOTE

Your team uses AI at work. Practise the judgment it takes.

A facilitated session of 60 to 90 minutes on one realistic case. Your team finds out what matters, checks an AI adviser's advice, and makes a recommendation it can defend. The case is synthetic and we run it, so nobody creates an account and no company data is involved.

How a session runs

  1. Discover

The team questions a simulated stakeholder about a realistic decision — an operations team weighing AI for a service handoff — and works out which constraints and unknowns actually matter.

  2. Check

They brief an AI adviser with what they found, then check its advice against what they know before relying on any of it.

  3. Decide

They make a recommendation they can defend, then debrief: what their reasoning covered, what it left open, and where subject understanding, AI collaboration and judgment each showed.

Who it is for

In person in the Austin area, or remote for teams anywhere.

  • Teams rolling out AI tools

Your people have Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude. The session practises the part the tool cannot do for them: knowing what to ask, what to tell it, and when not to take its answer.

  • Early-career and apprenticeship programs

New hires and apprentices practise finding out what matters before acting, and handing a decision back with reasons a supervisor can check.

  • Training providers

Common questions

What is an XLearn Labs AI workshop?

A facilitated 60 to 90 minute session in which a team works one realistic case: questioning a simulated stakeholder, checking an AI adviser's advice, and defending a recommendation. The debrief takes subject understanding, AI collaboration and judgment separately.

Who is the workshop for?

Teams rolling out AI tools at work, early-career and apprenticeship programs, and training providers that want a practical AI session for their learners.

Does XLearn Labs run AI workshops in Austin?

Yes. XLearn Labs is based in Austin, Texas, and runs workshops in person in the Austin area, and remotely for teams elsewhere.

Do participants need accounts or bring company data?

No. The case is synthetic and the facilitator runs it, so participants create no accounts and bring no company or customer data.

Does the workshop grade or rank participants?

No. There is no pass or fail and no ranking of people. The debrief shows what the team's reasoning covered and what it left open, so you can see where practice would help.
