We teach people to work with AI. We build with it, too.
The judgment XLearn Labs practises — find what bears on the decision, tell the AI your constraints, check what it gives back — is how we build software. If you have a workflow, a reporting gap, or a product idea that needs building, we can scope it and build it with you.
Start a conversationCurrent projects
Products in active development, each on its own site, and new ones still in research.
FieldOps
An evening money-leak report for ServiceTitan contractors
One email a day for shop owners and managers: jobs closed without an invoice, unapplied payments, cold estimates, unanswered paid calls, each with a dollar amount and who to call. It connects to ServiceTitan read-only and changes nothing there.
Murmur
Know what to say, while you're still in the conversation
A wearable copilot for meetings and calls. It hears both sides and, about two seconds after a question, shows or whispers your answer, drawn from your calendar, notes and what you said earlier. Works across English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil mid-sentence. Keeps no audio or transcripts.
Hearth
A daily conversation that keeps the mind active
A voice companion for older adults that turns everyday conversation into gentle mental exercise. Over time it tracks speech and mood side by side (pauses, pace, word choice and a short wellbeing check), so families and doctors see real change, not one bad day. Built with research-grade privacy.
Past projects
Products we have completed and delivered, each on its own site, and still maintain.
Ranqly
Local search marketing for service businesses
Helps HVAC, plumbing and other local service companies show up in Google and see which leads search actually brought in. It drafts posts and Business Profile updates in several languages, tracks rankings, and separates organic leads from paid ones.
Xyplor
Kids build real apps with AI
A platform where children from 6 to 17 make working games, sites and tools by directing AI, with an age-aware mentor whose every conversation a parent can see. A separate product with its own accounts; it is not part of XLearn Labs.
How a project runs
Scope
Start from the decision or the daily work the software has to support, not from a feature list. Agree what a useful first version does, and what it leaves alone.
Build
Ship a working version early, against your real systems. Where it touches something you already run, it reads before it ever writes.
Hand over
Leave your team able to run it: what each part does, how its AI behaves, and where a person should check the output before relying on it.
Common questions
Does XLearn Labs build custom software?
Yes. Beside the practice it teaches, XLearn Labs builds custom software with AI. If you have a workflow, a reporting gap, or a product idea that needs building, we can scope it and build it with you.
What has XLearn Labs built?
Ranqly and Xyplor are complete, delivered and in maintenance, each on its own site. FieldOps is in active development, and Murmur and Hearth are in research.
How does a custom project with XLearn Labs run?
In three steps. Scope: start from the decision or daily work the software has to support. Build: ship a working version early, against your real systems. Hand over: leave your team able to run it.
Will a custom project change data in systems we already run?
Where it touches something you already run, it reads before it ever writes. FieldOps, for example, connects to ServiceTitan read-only and changes nothing there.
Is Xyplor part of XLearn Labs?
No. Xyplor is a separate product with its own site, accounts and data. It is one of the past projects XLearn Labs built and still maintains.
How do I start a custom project with XLearn Labs?
Email info@xlearnlabs.com with a few lines: the problem, who would use the result, and which systems it would touch. We will write back.

A few lines are enough: the problem, who would use the result, and which systems it would touch. Write to info@xlearnlabs.com and we will write back.
